I'll share a little secret vegans have been hiding (not on purpose, they just assume you don't want to try anything 'vegan' you're offering) that will make you eat twice as much popcorn as you did before.  Maybe more.  You will not only be eating tastier, richer popcorn, you will be adding awesome essential nutrients and vitamins to your diet.  A savoury, cheesy flavour that melts into your popcorn when it's hot, and, if you aren't vegan, really coalesces with some hot, silky butter even better.  What magical ingredient is this that will forever alter your popcorn experience henceforth!?…………….
The mighty NUTRITIONAL YEAST!!
Nutritional yeast is a deactivated yeast, often a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which is sold commercially as a food product. It is sold in the form of flakes or as a yellow powder and can be found in the bulk aisle of most natural food stores.
Packed with B vitamins, sometimes B-12 (of which vegans have a hard time getting in their diet), containing a complete protein (another vegan win!), and a good source of iron, you can really benefit from this, and it's going to make your popcorn taste amazing.
